Excellent job, well done. The 3 man team arrived on time. Team leader Arron with Brownie and Callum proved to be pleasant, courteous, hard working and professional. They worked hard in difficult tight spaces, removed all the old material replacing new Knauf insulation. Carpets were all well protected. It was a 3 day job, tidied up each day and left everything clean and tidy when leaving. The team worked through the day without tea or lunch breaks. We had to persuade them to take a coffee and biscuit to sustain their energy levels. We can recommend this company without hesitation.

Company was so helpful. They were great to,work with. They explained the full procedure of what they would be doing and sent pictures and videos so i could see before, during and after. They removed every bit of glue from the rafters and looked great when completed. They were fast and efficient and were prepared to wait for full payment for 2 weeks until my house sale completed. Would highly recommend.

Prompt attention from the beginning and all options carefully and honestly explained by lovely Pat who had battled the traffic on the M6 but kept me informed. Super three fitters who were friendly, organised, and who cleared up beautifully afterwards, and showed me the video of their work explaining everything. A gold medal to the lovely guy who did a super job of insulating the loft hatch - he told me he deserved one! Very well done everyone!! Thank you, Cathy R.

Excellent service. Non pushy owner or salesman. Very informative. Job finished in 3 days. Very well undertaken. Would not know sprayfoam had been in loft. Workers Graham Brett and Aaron worked hard, Were respectful. No mess and an all round great job. Not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for.

Graham Aaron and Bret came and stripped out all the old insulation boards and plaster board, plus took down remains of a chimney. Brilliant hard working lads, replaced the loft with decent insulation,2 days hard graft, cant praise them enough!

I have nothing but praise for Carbon Zero as both John and Jim arranged the whole foam insulation removal process in my loft from start to finish with the minimum of fuss and bother. The team of workmen were excellent workers and were clean and tidy at all times leaving no mess behind at all. A pleasure to have them in my house and are highly recommended in all aspects. The work was carried out over 2 days and Jacko and his co-workers were very respectful and kept us informed throughout the job. Contacted Carbon Zero Solutions for a quote to remove closed cell insulation from our loft. Emma came and inspected our loft then explained exactly what could be done and the procedure. Emma was very reassuring and knowlegible which inspired confidence. We went with Emma’s quote and arranged a starting date. All went extremely well. The three men Kieron,Henry and Blane were really good. They done a great job, nothing was to much trouble for them. They cleaned up every day. Always cheerful. Always sent a text if they were held up for any reason. Cannot rate these three highly enough. Overall very happy with the job and would highly recommend Carbon Zero Solutions led by Emma and her team to do a perfect job.
