I would highly recommend this company. The initial visit and quote was organised very quickly, and even though we delayed our response to the quote, Ben and John booked the work incredibly fast when we contacted them. The guys who came to do the work, Blaine and Steve, were fantastic. The job was done quickly and professionally, and they were both so polite and friendly. We would definitely use the company again.

Surveyor Jim was very efficient and the two installers Brett and Aaron likewise did a very good job. Sadly, the administrative side of the experience was not so good, hence 3 instead of 5 stars. Emails, phone calls and messages were largely unanswered and it took a phone call to the sales team to receive our completion certificate and acknowledgment of full payment almost 3 weeks after the installation.

Arranged for a quote to have old insulation removed and new After receiving the quotes we went a head and arranged a date for installation. On that day two guys Steve and Trevor arrived and started to do the work , Steve keeping me updated with the Schedule and on completion invited to inspect the finished job. From the survey to Insulation Carbon Zero Solutions Ltd delivered a First Class Service (I call them The A Team}

Really great service from quote to completion all in a space of a week. The house felt warmer after a matter of an hour. They removed all the old insulation that from a house that was only 12 years old wasn't fit for purpose and replaced it with much better stuff. They kept the house clean put sheeting down to minimise mess and cleaned up after themselves. Taking everything away. The contractors were polite and efficient and just got on with it. Would recommend.

Had a quote from Carbon Zero Solutions Ltd which we found very reasonable, A gentleman named Ben came rind and told us what needed to be done he was very professional, once accepting the quote within the week they came and done the work again very professionally, once finished I inspected the work and it was excellent, they even hoovered up our hallway after. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Excellent job, well done. The 3 man team arrived on time. Team leader Arron with Brownie and Callum proved to be pleasant, courteous, hard working and professional. They worked hard in difficult tight spaces, removed all the old material replacing new Knauf insulation. Carpets were all well protected. It was a 3 day job, tidied up each day and left everything clean and tidy when leaving. The team worked through the day without tea or lunch breaks. We had to persuade them to take a coffee and biscuit to sustain their energy levels. We can recommend this company without hesitation.

Company was so helpful. They were great to,work with. They explained the full procedure of what they would be doing and sent pictures and videos so i could see before, during and after. They removed every bit of glue from the rafters and looked great when completed. They were fast and efficient and were prepared to wait for full payment for 2 weeks until my house sale completed. Would highly recommend.

Prompt attention from the beginning and all options carefully and honestly explained by lovely Pat who had battled the traffic on the M6 but kept me informed. Super three fitters who were friendly, organised, and who cleared up beautifully afterwards, and showed me the video of their work explaining everything. A gold medal to the lovely guy who did a super job of insulating the loft hatch - he told me he deserved one! Very well done everyone!! Thank you, Cathy R.

Excellent service. Non pushy owner or salesman. Very informative. Job finished in 3 days. Very well undertaken. Would not know sprayfoam had been in loft. Workers Graham Brett and Aaron worked hard, Were respectful. No mess and an all round great job. Not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for.

Graham Aaron and Bret came and stripped out all the old insulation boards and plaster board, plus took down remains of a chimney. Brilliant hard working lads, replaced the loft with decent insulation,2 days hard graft, cant praise them enough!

Contacted Carbon Zero Solutions for a quote to remove closed cell insulation from our loft. Emma came and inspected our loft then explained exactly what could be done and the procedure. Emma was very reassuring and knowlegible which inspired confidence. We went with Emma’s quote and arranged a starting date. All went extremely well. The three men Kieron,Henry and Blane were really good. They done a great job, nothing was to much trouble for them. They cleaned up every day. Always cheerful. Always sent a text if they were held up for any reason. Cannot rate these three highly enough. Overall very happy with the job and would highly recommend Carbon Zero Solutions led by Emma and her team to do a perfect job.
