What is an Insurance Backed Guarantee?

An Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) covers you in the unlikely event that we’re no longer in business and unable to honour the workmanship guarantee provided with your installation. If that were to happen, HomePro steps in to cover the guarantee – so you’re never left out of pocket or stuck with unresolved issues.

What Does It Cover?

HomePro’s Insurance Backed Guarantee includes: Workmanship cover for up to 10 years Materials cover in line with manufacturer guarantees (up to 10 years) Deposit protection – up to 25% of the contract value (max. £10,000), for 90 days after payment Work in progress cover – up to 25% of the contract value if the job is started but not finished
